Filmed in 1998 at the NSW Full Table Tennis Championships, the video may have been leaked to show that the former soldier's recent angry outbursts have not been driven by media attention, as ARTTSL's communiques have claimed.
The leak could be traced back to Elksteine niece, Harmony, who may be seeking to shed negative light on Patricia Elksteine ahead of an attempt to wrest back her inheritance.

I see you do not note that young boy is in fact nephew of Vladimir Putin and is encouraged by Russian law to exercise his divine right to stamp authority on lesser beings. Child that only flips numbers will never be a hero of the people but he will entertain such thoughts while being in such proximity to champion table tennis players. "Never let proletariat ahead of their station.", uncle would say. Boy is bulding a better Russia for tomorrow and should be given medal by ARTTSL. I know Elkelstein is great supported of Putin and has already deemed great things for boy by giving early signing to maroochydore.
