Several people have come forward claiming to have sighted late ARTTSL supermo Bernard Elksteine, who officially died of a heart attack in 2010, alive and well in Morocco.
One source has even provided a photo of Elksteine jogging in the suburbs of Moroccan capital Rabat, which they claim was taken last Thursday.
Police and ARTTSL President Wilkington Tuffy have both laughed the claims off as absurd, and while acknowledging the photo appears to be one of Elksteine, they claim it could have easily been taken before his death as it is not date-stamped.
However many are seizing on the photo as proof Elksteine is alive, pointing out that Elksteine was never known to jog in his life, but that it's possible he in fact had a mild heart attack and used the opportunity to fake his own death and escape into excile, at which point he had decided it was also time to lose some weight to avoid a repeat heart attack.
Rumours suggest that having felt he'd lost control of the ARTTSL juggernaught, Elksteine decided to fake his own death to re-group and later return with a different identity to steal his beloved Rebound Table Tennis system back. Some have even suggested that the mysterious, failed National HyperBall League was his first such attempt.
